Hmm that depends so much on culture. If the culture was such that it was the norm for women to depend on their looks and youth and beauty etc to land a man to support them, then that dream interpretation would make sense. But since it's more or equally the norm for women to get an education and a career to support herself in the here and now (whether or not she gets married), I think the hair falling out dream must mean something else.
